HOW IT WORKS BUYERS 1. If you have found a property you would like to make an offer on contact me and I will go over your purchase scenario. 2. If you are looking for a property fill out the information in the Dream Home Finder. 3. I will contact you and e-mail you with a list of properties that meet your criteria. 4. You will also be updated constantly on any new properties that come on the market that meet your criteria. 5. When you are ready to make an offer, I obtain information on comparable properties that are listed, in escrow and sold. We then pre-qualify you for the purchase. I then write up the offer for you using C.A.R. win-forms, which is a standard for the industry. Your 50% commission rebate is written in the offer and paid through escrow. 6. After acceptance I then open escrow, order the property inspection and appraisal. 7. During Escrow period you are constantly updated on the performance of your escrow. 8. One week before the close of escrow you are accompanied through the property for walk through inspection. 9. Escrow closes and you receive a 50% commission rebate. |
