Frequently Asked Questions by Buyers
1. What do you mean by a 50% Rebate?
What I mean is if you use me to represent you on the purchase of an existing property or a new property, you will receive a 50% Rebate upon closing and funding of your new property. For example, if you purchase a $400,000 property, your rebate based off a 3% commission to Buyer's agent would be $6000.00.
2. Can I get the 50% Rebate on any property I buy?
You must use me as your buyer's broker. As long as I receive a commission you receive a Rebate.
3. What if I want to build a new home or purchase a new home in a builder subdivision?
I can still represent you as a buyer's broker, protect your interests and give you your rebate. Remember; be sure to register with the builder only when you are accompanied by me. The Rebate is paid by me, not the builder, so again, don't sign anything without me present to represent your interests.
4. Why would I want you to be my buyer's representative?
In most cases, the agent whose sign is on the property represents the seller and the seller's interests. It is in your interest as a buyer to have me represent you to protect your interests and to negotiate on your behalf. There is never a charge to the buyer. Additionally, the buyer's representation agreement also allows me to pay you 50% in the form of a rebate.
5. I am currently under buyer's representation with another real estate company. Can I still get a 50% back Rebate from you?
Unfortunately, once you have signed a buyer's representation agreement, you are under contract to work with that real estate brokerage firm. I am only able to offer a 50% back Rebate to clients who work with me directly. If you haven't currently signed one then you are under no obligation to work with that real estate brokerage firm.
6. I've always heard that if something is too good to be true, it probably is. So what's the catch?
When you buy a home using me, there is no catch. You get full service and better still - I PAY YOU.
