Working with Joe was great. Not only did he sell our condo for full price, he also sold us our new home. We only paid $999.00 to list our home, which sold in the first week. On our new home we received a credit through escrow for $6875.00 which we used to pay for all our closing costs and with the remainder we painted the inside of our new home. Joe got us our first home. After months of searching the internet, going to open houses, making offers and not getting anywhere we were getting down right depressed. Our sights were set, we are going to find an ocean view home in our price range. We did the routine we put our condo on the market (with Joe), searched the internet, went to open houses every weekend. Within a month our condo sold. Now we had to scramble and find our dream home. Joe said go take a look at this one, it just came on the market and has everything you want. We walked in the front door and bingo this is it. A beautiful home with an incredible view of the pacific ocean. We didn't call Joe, we went and picked him up and took him to the house and wrote up an offer on the spot.
